VIDEO: Five Minute Follies presents “Telling Stories”, Saturday, April 9th, 2011 in Philadelphia
The Five Minute Follies spoken word event “Telling Stories” on Saturday, April 9th, 2011 at the Rotunda in Philadelphia was a great success, thanks in part to a fantastic crowd. We also owe a debt of gratitude to all of the following, in no particular order:
To all of our wonderful storytellers; to Mary Beth Rim and Sara Painter for letting us show their short film “A Turn of the Blinds”; to friend of the Follies Cary Gottlieb for running the video camera and helping out in so many ways; to Rotunda Director Gina Renzi for her continuing support of The Follies and of arts in Philadelphia; to Jason Neugent on lights and house support; to Frank Bellina on sound; to Jess Carpenter for lending us his video camera; to my wife Kristie for taking photos and for so many ways she supports the work I do!
