Rebecca Shoemaker hails from the Philadelphia “sub” suburb of Pottstown, PA. As a non-union independent entertainment professional, Rebecca has provided her acting and voice-over talents to Liz Lewis Casting in NYC and Take One Productions, Inc. in Lancaster, PA, plus High Street Music Company and Rich Bickel Recording Studio locally. Recent live performances include concerts at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City NJ, and Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs with crooner friend Michael McGeehan, as well as private parties and weddings. Her most recent theatrical roles include Mrs. Darling in “Peter Pan, The Musical” (in a US premier from the “Mary Poppins” and “Honk!” composers Drewe and Stiles), and Sister Mary Amnesia in “Nunsense”. By day, Rebecca masquerades as Operations Manager at Steel River Playhouse (formerly the Tri-County Performing Arts Center) in Pottstown, PA.
